Providing sales support to our New York-based Sales Directors by creating factsheets, presentations, location-specific renderings, and generating sales invoices as directed.

Provided administrative support to Nara Roesler’s New York gallery, assisting Operations Associate in many aspects of gallery management including overseeing the gallery’s artist database, updating information for shows and sales administration, while offering any additional help with art handling.

Assisted the Chelsea-location Gallery Assistant in all administrative respects, including overseeing the gallery’s book inventory, researching publication and exhibition history through the gallery’s extensive archive, and coordinating gifts sent to artists and clients for the 2022 holiday season.
Antique Sales & Estate Manager | Self-Employed November 2020 – Present
Managed the organization, cataloging, and sale of objects from the Estate of Buenaventura “Skipper” Jané Jané Jr., an avid collector and dealer of antiques.

Collected over the span of four decades, Jané’s collection includes Gulf Coast memorabilia, duck decoys, antique bottles & furniture, 18th Century European landscape paintings, and American swords.
Gallery Attendant | Grand Rapids Art Museum June 2019 – February 2021
Ensured the security of artworks while creating a welcoming environment for guests to relax and enjoy artwork from a variety of artists, movements, and cultures.
Curatorial Intern | Grand Rapids Art Museum January 2019 – March 2020
Assisted the Curatorial Department in the research, development, and organization of exhibitions, including exhibited work by Maya Lin, Dawoud Bey, Carrie Mae Weems, David Wiesner, and pieces in the GRAM’s George R. Kravis II Collection.

Compiled information and wrote educational wall texts for display in the galleries to enhance and better represent the institution’s permanent collection, distinguishing the museum as an institution that preserves historically significant art objects while making them accessible for current and future generations.
Editing Intern | Authors' Place Press March 2019 – April 2020
Worked with Authors’ Place Press agents, authors, and executive leadership team to ensure the publishing of high-quality content by editing manuscripts & reviewing literary material for flow, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Education Intern | Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park May – August 2019
Assisted the Education Department in restructuring the method of sculpture informational distribution for docents to reinforce the union between sculpture and horticulture at the Gardens.

Worked to better educational Tram Tour narrations to best represent and highlight Frederik Meijer Gardens’ collection.

Researched the translation of curatorial and promotional information to make the Frederik Meijer Gardens collection more accessible to both local and international audiences.

Apprenticed under Anna Greidanus in the operation, organization, and experimentation of high-firing oxidation-reduction glaze material for use in both academic and fine art settings.

Assisted Program Coordinator in the organization of weekly art programming in Early Childhood Art Explorations at Campus Elementary, and leading Health & Healing arts at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans, and Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital.

Artist Residency / Mentorship | Elmer Yazzie, Diné Artist June – July 2018
Aided Diné artist, Elmer Yazzie, in the preparation and handling of work created by indigenous students at Chinle Boarding School during the 1950s & 60s for an art exhibit at the Navajo Nation Museum, displayed October 2018.

Worked towards the preservation and restoration of Yazzie’s 1980’s mural at Navajo Christian Church in Red Mesa, Arizona, and took part in additional outdoor painting opportunities on Diné land.
